Sizing Guide

Made for the body you have now

Recovery is not the time for a garment that almost fits.

A lot of recovery kits stop at sizes that leave plus-size patients out — or squeeze them into a garment chosen by dress size, which tells you almost nothing about how it will actually fit a waist, hips, or a healing abdomen.

Our kits are different in one specific way: sizing starts from measurements. Where a kit includes a sized item — a compression garment, TED stockings — you measure, in inches, and choose the size your measurements point to on the chart. That approach is built for extended tummy tuck and post-weight-loss patients too, whose support pieces need to be longer and larger — not just tighter.

Measure before you order. If you're between sizes, or your measurements don't match the chart neatly, contact us before you buy and we'll help you choose. Getting the fit right before surgery is the whole point — and because opened hygiene and compression items can't be resold, we don't offer size exchanges.

That's why every kit page carries a “Check your size before you order” box, and why you'll be asked to confirm you've measured before a sized kit can be added to your cart. And if you order and then realise you picked the wrong size, your order confirmation tells you how to email us a correction before your kit ships — while there's still time to fix it.

How to measure

  • Waist: wrap a soft tape measure around your natural waistline, over light clothing. Keep the tape snug, not tight, and level all the way around.
  • Hips: measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape level.
  • Bust (breast-kit guidance): around the fullest part of your chest, tape under the arms and level across your back.
  • Leg (for TED stockings): use the measurement point shown in the size chart on your kit's page.

Measure the body you have today — not your dress size, and not the size you hope to be after surgery. Never size down in anticipation of a result.

Check your size before you order

This kit is sized by measurement, not dress size — and we don't offer size exchanges, so let's get it right now, before anything ships.

  1. Measure yourself. Waist, hips, and — for breast kits — bust, in inches, following the “How to measure” guide on this page. Measure the body you have today: not your dress size, and not the size you hope to be after surgery.
  2. Compare with the size chart on your kit's page. Choose the size your measurements point to.
  3. Between sizes, or not sure? Don't guess. Email your measurements to customersupport@recoveryrefined.com before you order, and we'll confirm your size.

Before checkout, you'll confirm: “I've measured and checked my size against the chart.”

Already ordered and think you picked the wrong size? Your order confirmation email explains how to send us a size correction before your kit ships. Once it's on its way, sizes can't be changed — that's why this check matters.
